من که تا به حال مخفف خاصی براش تو فارسی نشنیدم. فقط به اختصار همون "شوروی" میگن. البته مطمئن نیستم.

There isn't any abbreviation in Persian for that .but we say etehad e jamahir e sosyalistiy e shoravy . اتحاد جماهیر سوسیالیستی شوروی

We don't have abbreviation for USSR, but we have some short titles for USSR such as: Ettehade Shoravi: اتحاد شوروی Or simply just "Shoravi": شوروی

Yeah, but it sounds more natural to me this way, since you're referring to a country that does not exist today. It's certainly not wrong without, though.
