What does the adj 'achievable' exactly mean? Does it mean a something you have ability to achieve it or something you have done it before (achievement)? Or maybe both :) THANKS.

Achieve + able = achievable, so it's something that is possible to achieve. An achievement is something you've already done.

It's mean a perform at a standard or above standard level .
