Yep, they are basically the same with some minor situational differences that would only determine which of the two would most likely be used like saying, "I have a problem" instead of "I'm in trouble", which sounds like a more serious problem or even multiple problems. But in general they are interchangeable. Hope that helps!

Problem- is something that needs to be fixed Trouble- is a problem so they are basically the same :)
