I think it's wrong to want to learn a new language "FAST", it shouldn't be fast, you should take your time and study hard everyday -at the least 4-5 days in a week- but anyways, if you want to do something quick check for 3 tenses in a language: Past Tense Present Tense Future Tense With these you can have a small proper talk in any language I think!
