usage of 'YET' I learning English using the movie lines actually. I've got some question about 'YET' The only usage I know about YET is not yet unfortunately. below is a part of movie lines 1. OK. First of all, you and I have totally different jobs. You get coffee and you run errands. Yet I'm in charge of her schedule, her appointments, and her expenses. 2. No, she's not available. Who is...? Yes, I will tell her you called. Yet again. these two, I've already read the meaning in my fist language but there's no special comment about that YET. is there any meaning in that sentence?

1. Yet (conjunction) = 'however' or 'but' or "nevertheless" 2. Yet again = once more ("used to emphasize an increase in number or amount or the number of times something happens") http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us/definition/learner/yet See also: http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us/definition/english/yet
