did -- past = 你 什么 时候 去过 美国? will -- future = 你 什么 时候 去 美国?

When. I mean when. Not 'what time' as in your example. Somehow learning a new language messes up with languages I already knew.

Did you actually mean 'what time' or 'when'? What time does your plane leave for USA? When will you leave for the USA? 'What time' is very specific, it refers to clock time - 6pm on Tuesday
