The phrase is idiomatic so a direct translation won't give the same meaning. The comment of iamyoursmichelle (the family is the most important of all) would be one way to say it. Possibly also, “wala nang hihigit pa sa pamilya” (nothing supersedes family) or “wala nang mas importante pa kaysa sa pamilya” (nothing is more important than family).

Adding on to what Henry and iamyourmichelle said, here are Ilonggo versions of their translations. Wala nang hihigit pa sa pamilya = Wala gid sing labaw pa sa pamilya Wala nang mas importante pa kaysa sa pamilya = Wala gid sing mas importante sang sa pamilya Ang pamilya ang pinakaimportante sa lahat = Ang pamilya ang pinaka-importante sa tanan As you can see, these sentences look very similar because they use the same set of Spanish words. Once you get farther away from this vocabulary, though, Ilonggo and Tagalog start to diverge greatly.
