I just bought something from an amazon chinese seller and am having some trouble regarding the payment. It's a bit long but it would be a great help!
How do you say this is simplified chinese:

I got an email that my credit card info is incorrect and that I have to revise my payment info unless the order will be cancelled. I checked but the credit card info I gave is correct and the transaction is already approved by my credit card company. But when I clicked the update button on the order page I was charged once again. I am charged twice with the same AMEX card. Would you please give a refund? Thanks.

我收到了貴公司的Email，信件裡通知我的信用卡資訊有誤，要求我重新進行付款動作否則將取消我的訂單。
我重新登入我的amazon帳號檢查，發現我一開始提供的信用卡資訊是正確的，而且信用卡已經授權成功並且完成扣款。就在我按了在訂單頁面的更新鍵後，我的信用卡竟然又被扣款了一次，我的同一張AMEX信用卡被取款了兩次！！可否請您幫忙辦理退費呢？謝謝！

Hi! Shin Young, I never use Amazon website,I just translate into Mandarin according to you article.
If Amazon charged you twice for the same order, I think you need English service to solve your problem. and its your right to claim refund.

Yeah, as Dawei Zhijiage said they figured it was a mistake and cancelled one of the payments. I do appreciate everyone who responded to my question. I will take time studying what you guys wrote, in case I have the same sort of issue happen again. Thanks everyone!

If you can't stop your credit card company from paying both which you should be able to do, don't forget to add a screen shot of both payments on your statement

Can't you ask your credit card to cancel payment since anyone can see that two payments minutes apart is an obvious mistake
