Don't give up, study everyday, choose a good book to get started, and the most important thing; fall in love with the language. That's the key :) Good luck!

I suggest this book: http://www.amazon.com/Practice-Perfect-Spanish-Tenses-Edition/dp/0071639306 Use it with a vocabulary building, reading book and you will progress very quickly if you study every day. I also suggest using this italki teacher: http://www.italki.com/teacher/1372678 His name is Mark and he is awesome!

First, you should ask "I'm learning Spanish(beginner), can you give me some advice?" I think use capital letters is respectful. Second, you should learn the alphabet of Spanish. alphabet-words-sentences-some grammars-listen and speak aloud If you have real questions, ask here, then Spanish people will answer you.

I would recommend you to first learn the full pronunciation of each letter and vowels
