How do I say "..just as I predicted"? I know the verb 当たる is used (among other things) to refer to a prediction by the weather bureau, as in 天気よほうはあたりません。But can I use it to express the following idea: I told him not to do it, but he ignored me, and, as I predicted, it all ended in disaster. thank you

No, 当たる is not. In this case, predicted is 予想した. So, 'as i predicted' is 予想したとおり.
