Difference between ~ㄹ수있다 and ~ㄹ수가 있다 ? I wanted to clarify what the real difference is between ~ㄹ수있다 and ~ㄹ수가 있다 ? I always thought the second one gave more emphasis to whatever the action is that one is able to do. For example "이해할수가 있다" used as a way to emphasize that yes, you do understand. Is this correct? Or is the difference something else entirely? Thanks!

Well, actually you should add "가" to make the correct sentence but it doesn't matter not to use it. (You can skip it if you want) Koreans usually skip it to make it more natural. Ex) 나는 이 문제를 풀수(가) 있다. = I can solve this problem.
