How long have you been in Korea or How long have you been living in Korea? How long have you been in Korea? or How long have you been living in Korea? Are both correct?

Yes. Both are correct. You could say either of those to a person from another country who is currently resident in Korea. You could also say the first one to a tourist, for example, who is only visiting for a short time.
