Speak with a kind friend, go and do something that makes you feel better such as go for a walk, bake a cake, sing some songs. Go and look at videos about people who do kind or nice things for others, or look at videos of baby animals:)
In the long-term think of something you can aim to do in the future and make some short term and long term goals for your life. There are many tools to help on the internet with this. You are not alone in this feeling, but you will and can come through it:)
