Is it rude to talk with you simply by capital letters? I sometimes forget to click 'CapsLock'. A friend of mine told me that it was impolite to use too much capital letter sentences. As I didn't realise that before, I hope native English speakers in italki can talk more about it. Thank you very much. Can you tell me more about how native speakers use capital letter?

writing in all capital letters is considered the equivalent of 'shouting' at someone. A judicious use of capitals can be justified if you really, really need to emphasise a particular word 'DO NOT forget to pick up the kids'. But generally, use of capitals, except when they are called for under the usual rules (for the first letter of proper names, the first letter of a sentence, acronyms etc) should be avoided.
