What does "she motivates, ask anybody on the team." mean exactly? She gets pressure from leader, she's got new people in new roles and she stepped up.She motivates, ask anybody on the team. Everybody's working hard... "she motivates, ask anybody on the team.": does "ask" here mean "she motivates everyone and ask everyone", "she motivates everyone and you can ask anyone" or what? BTW, does "she stepped up" mean "she was promoted"? I think her promotion is not really contextually relevant.

She motivates everyone. If you ask anyone on the team, they'll tell you the same thing, that she motivates everyone.
