http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/us/definition/learner/mere As for 'brush into' it means to lightly touch someone; it is like 'bump into someone', but the idea is that the person barely touches you, or touches you lightly, so there is no reason to get so angry if this happens.

If you're irascible, you get angry easily — perhaps blowing up in rage when someone brushes into you. what does BRUSH INTO mean here? Thanks for help
