which one is correct and natural?-- well paid and graduation and so on 1. Being a software engineer gets well-paid. 2. Being a software engineer gets paid well. 3.my university doesn't have vacations. 4.my university doesn't take vacations. --- to describe that there is no vacation at my university 5. It's easy to find a job after my gradution 6. It's easy to find a job after graduating.

The first one, both are incorrect. You can say: Software engineers are well-paid. Being a software engineer pays well. Second: my university doesn't have vacations. (Only people take vacations!) :) Third: it's easy to find a job after graduating. Or, it's easy to find a job after graduation. ( no "my")
