which one is correct and natural? 1. When I was senior year of high school, I hardly studied English for 3 years. 2. When I was IN senior YEARS of high school, I hardly studied English for 3 years. 3. When I was IN my senior highschool, I hardly studied English for 3 years. Thank you!

None of them, actually, sorry! :) It sounds as though you are trying to express that, in the three years leading up to your senior year, you had not done much studying of English. If that is what you meant, you could say it this way: By my senior year in high school, I still hadn't studied much English during the past three years. I hope this helped!
