whatsoever are they the same in meaning? 1. I dont know English at all 2. I dont know English a bit 3. I dont know English one bit 4. I dont know English whatsoever ----to express you dont know anything about a language?would you I dont know English or I dont speak English here which one is more common? Thank you

1 and 4 are fine. 3 is OK, but not that natural. 2 is not right. I don't know a bit of English would be OK. I don't speak English is the more natural option of those two. I think that normally we would add a quantifier "I don't speak any/much English". There is of course also the case when someone might be able to read English, but not speak it.
