I think you should check out this website from NHK (the Japanese public broadcaster). You can even change the site's language to Arabic, French or another language to suite your preference. Other than the language training there's more to see on the site so I would definitely check that out too. http://www3.nhk.or.jp/lesson/english/index.html This is also a good website but I advise you to teach yourself kana (with kana I mean hiragana, katakana and kanji which are the alphabets used in Japanese) first before using this site. That could be very useful. You can also change the language of the site to French (or something else) https://www.erin.ne.jp/en/ And lastly, this is a good site to help you practice when you're focusing on certain area's of the language, like reading, speaking or kana etc. http://nihongo-e-na.com/eng/ Some might use Jpop, Jdrama's, anime and manga to practice Japanese. I hope this was helpful enough.

http://www.memrise.com/ This is my favorite way to learn vocabulary. It's also free, but there is a premium subscription with more features. A lot of people use an app called Anki for vocabulary, which is much more flexible and customizable. http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/ This is the best free source on the internet to learn Japanese grammr .
