For the younger generation, absolutely not. I can't speak for the older generation but I don't know a single person my age who uses it. It's very much so a Chinese platform, l believe.

I had never even heard of Wechat and Whatsapp until I was asked if I had accounts on them by Chinese people I met over this website. They're not very well known here.
