Learning the language itself is necessary, but it can never equal the amount of experience gained from immersion. For some of us, this only happens if we directly move to another country where another language is spoken, but the rest are confined to their current locations. This is the core use of this website: to enable us to talk amongst those who natively speak another language. You just need to find people to talk to on a regular basis.
