is the sentence grammatically correct? people not easy 'to' get hurt are also not easy 'to' get recovered once get hurt... are the 'to's necessary? thanks

The 'to' isn't necessary for the first half. The sentence isn't grammatically correct. It can be written as..."Some people are not easily hurt, but once people are hurt it may not be easy for them to recover". Hope this helps.
