Asking about a reservation Hi. What would be the correct usage of preposition in the following sentences? Clerk: On/For which day and for what time? Client: I’d like to make a reservation on/for Friday, 11a.m. Thank you a lot!

I’d like to make a reservation for Friday, 11a.m. 'On Friday' would imply that the reservation will be made when it is friday (perhaps for some other day)
