How to say "a lot of people came" in Korean? I faced two different sentences and I don't know which one is correct and natural to say: 사람들이 많이 왔다. 많은 사람들이 왔다. Do these sentences have any difference?

Both sentences are correct and there's no difference between the two sentences. :)

Both sentences have same meaning. 사람들이 많이 왔다 is more commonly used colloquially than 많은 사람들이 왔다. Another example: For "Happy New Year!", we usually say "새해 복 많이 받으세요!" No one says "새해 많은 복 받으세요!".
