Does anybody who can speak English fluently really want to learn Vietnamese and make friends?
I'm Vietnamese. I desire to speak English naturally.

Well the short answer is yes, There are many reasons to learn another language. If Vietnam is on your radar why not have a go at learning the language. If we only speak one language we are at a disadvantage.
