Pronomi Relativi Can anyone explain the use of the pronomi relativi--chi, che, cui, il quale. I know that they take the place of a noun and they also join two related clauses. Per esempio..."È molto bello il vestito che hai acquistato." I was just wondering if anyone can give a brief explanation and example of the other pronomi....chi, cui, e il quale. I could not find any good examples on the internet. Grazie mille!

Hi Stephanie, I've just realized how difficult is italian....lol Fortunately grammar is quite far from everyday life, so if you are not interested in formal or "literary" italian you'll never use some of them! You may read this: http://www.treccani.it/enciclopedia/pronomi-relativi_(La_grammatica_italiana)/ but if you need help with the transalation I can give you support. In bocca al lupo con i tuoi studi!
