Marina's right. The best way to improve in speaking and conversation...is to speak and have conversations.

Communicate! Find a forum for native speakers or do one of those language exchange things on here. You'll sound awkward at first, but really, the only way is to actually converse. A native speaker would say 'improve' instead of 'develop', by the way.
