'weed on'? In my work environment it's all cascading at the moment. What they really mean is to communicate or disseminate information, usually downwards. What they don't seem to appreciate is that it sounds like we're being weed on. Which we usually are. I want to know the meaning of 'weed on' in this context :)

"to wee " is slang and the same as "to pee" or in regular English to urinate.So it means the people feel like the bosses are urinating or "pissing on them". I hope this is clear.
