friends who you can talk anything with
I am man who is 20 but still have problems that I can't solve. I am lonely and alone. My best friend who knows everything about me is not with me now. Because we go different cities for university. Whenever I want to tell someone something which you can only tell you closest one, I reach out to her. But sometimes, when she's busy with something else, I can bother her with my annoyed things. Therefore, I want to ask that is there a good and safe way to make a new and kind friend quickly. And I really need some advice now.

I think you need time for making new friends. Maybe you can go to: community/language partners and try to speak with someone. 
Try to go out a bit more and meet new people... maybe you can go to a dance club or subscribe you to any other kind of course (depends on your hobbies). You have no idea how many interesting and nice people you can meet there.
The last option are , of course facebook and google + (social networks).
