"Why won't you answer me?" x "Why don't you answer me?" Hello Could anyone tell me the difference between "Why won't you answer me?" x "Why don't you answer me?" Thank you :)

In this context, there is very little difference between 'don't and 'won't'. The use of 'won't' suggests an unwillingness to answer on the other person's part. The implication is that the other person is refusing to answer you for some reason. The phrase with 'don't' doesn't suggest the same degree of unwillingness. Otherwise, the sentences are the same.
