Method 1 -Contact 10 people every day. -Introduce yourself and tell them that you want their help with English and you can help them with Spanish. -Repeat until you have found some language partners. Most will not answer you, which is why you need to contact A LOT of people. Method 2 -Get a tutor on Italki. It costs money but it will save you time.

In my opinion you haven't to ask to people that are learning like you. You should look for English people ( a lot of people, of course) that want to learn Spanish. If we ask to people that are still learning we'll never improve to speak English. By the way, sorry for my English, I'm beginner and I'm from Italy.
