How do you say 'I don't know what to expect' in Japanese? In English, saying 'I don't know what to expect' is quite a commonly used phrase and I was wondering if there is a Japanese equivalent?

I think it depends on situations, but I would say: どうなるか分からない The meaning may vary if you make sentence like "I don't know what to expect from someone/something." But どうなるか分からない(dounaruka wakaranai) is fine most of the time.
