Can I say them interchangeable? I've lived here for five years. I've been here for five years.

In general, yes, you can use them interchangeably. But there are a few circumstances where you can use "been" but not "lived," for places where you spend a lot of time but don't live. For example, "I work at XYZ Company. I've been here five years, and I love my job."
