Is it grammatically correct?
I am not in a position to expect salary but it should be at least minimum enough with which I can survive in this costly city.
I am in no position to demand a salary (that I want ), but I hope the one given to me will , at the very least , be just sufficient for me to live in this costly city.

The short answer is 'no'.
It should read something like :
'I am not in a position to negotiate salary, but it should at least be sufficient to allow me to live in this costly city.
