I am trying to explain that my insurance does not cover the full cost of repairs to my car - I have to pay the first $650 of the cost of repairs, then the insurance company will pay the rest. I would appreciate some help in how to word this correctly in Japanese.

私の車の保険は、全ての修理代金を保証しません。
I have to pay the first $650 of the cost of repairs, then the insurance company will pay the rest. 
最初に650ドルを自分で支払なくてはならず、残りの代金は保険会社が払います。（or 払ってくれます）
