Can someone please translate this into turkish?
My friend is going for his license and he doesn't know English. I am giving him some advice for his road test. My Turkish is good but not good enough to explain this stuff. If someone can translate this, it would be very helpful for me and my friend. Çok teşekkür ederiz :))

First, adjust mirrors and seat.
Before shifting, put on seat belt and make sure passengers do also. It is the drivers responsibility to make sure the passengers are using a seat belt.

Keep both hands on steering wheel at all times. 10 and 2 position or 9 and 3 position.

While reversing, use left hand on the steering wheel at 12 position, turn completely around and put arm behind passenger seat. Do not use mirrors. Always look in the direction you are going.

Stop signs and flashing red lights: stop completely before the white line, count to 3, look both ways, go. if there is no line, stop before the light or sign. Do not pass it.

Yellow flashing light: go slow and careful

Öncelikle, koltuğunu ve aynalarını ayarla.
Başlamadan önce, (shifting what? before you start is better i guess) kendi kemerini ve yolcuların kemerlerini taktığından emin ol.

Her zaman iki elini de direksiyonun üzerinde tut. 10 ve 2 pozisyonunda ya da 9 ve 3 Pozisyonunda

(Reserve? Like parking? Um you can change the word that I used here because i didn't get what you meant) Geri geri giderken/Park ederken/Çıkarken, 
sol elini 12 pozisyonunda direksiyonun üzerinde tut, tamamen arkana dön ve kolunu yolcu koltuğunun arkasına koy. Aynaları kullanma. Her zaman gittiğin yöne doğru bak.

Kırmızı ışık ve dur sinyalleri: beyaz çizgiden önce tamamen dur, 3'e kadar say, her iki tarafa da bak ve git. Eğer çizgi yoksa, ışık veya sinyalden önce dur. Sakın geçme. 
Sarı ışık: yavaş ve dikkatli git.
