Yeah, for me its hard to study two or more languages at the same time. But there is an exception, it depends on the language you want to learn, there are languages quiet similar. Like me, I born Filipino, our language is Tagalog. We'd been into mixed races and mixed dialects already. So some of our language are Spanish, some Bahasa, some Chinese, some English..etc...and easy for us to learn that kind of language simultaneously. At present, am learning chinese and I tried Italian short course, my problem is time as well the diction..its contradicting. Sometimes I pronounce some Italian word into chinese diction..hahahah! What is important also is to prioritize which is most needed for your work or whatever purpose you have had. I think, English is best to learn because its universal language. But if you are goin to countries having that Spanish language, better study that one. Ciao! =)

Actually I once learned Korean & Japanese at the same time a few years ago, & I didn't found them easily confused while in the process of learning them together.

it's true that it's a littele hard..when i started learning spanish i gave up the english..and sometimes i found myself talking spanish un english in the same entence like saying: un hour :)
To be honnest, it is impossible in all ways ! u need time, effort, concentration !! so only one language u can learn if u have all necessary options to do that !
Yeah it's not a big deal but anyway one language should be prioritized by higher level whilst other one by lower.

yeah, I'm learning English and Chinese at the same time. But actually, my English level is higher.. so it's not very hard, because i'm learning one language, and i'm improving the other. My advice is... if you already have some English skills, try to learn Spanish.

You can learn two lenguage at some time, of course but don´t try spanish and english because they are very different and it will be hard. Try spanish and italian because this two lenguage are very similar and both come from Latin the Romans ancient lenguage

I must say it doesn't matter how many languages u'r learning at the same time, but it do really matter whether u'r determined , hard-working or persisted. i enjoy different chultures which can be accussed to by their languages. now i'm leaning italian and spanish together which descend from Latin.

Oh, yes, two and more: English, French, Latin, a little German and... Italian, my own language! There's always something to improve, something to learn... :)

Your question should be asked as:
Can you learn two languages at the same time?
    Just a little help there

1 - first of all , you make a syntactic mistake : you ask your question with "do" while there is " can" in the sentence , if a sentence contains "can" as a part of the verb phrase , the question should be made with " can + subject + verb " = can you learn two languages .
2 - " can" always used with bare infinitive , example " learn" not "to learn"
3 - " learn + ing " can be used as a nouns or as a part of a verb phrase in present continuous tense
    - i am learning = "to be" conjugated in present simple + bare infinitive of the verb +ing .
    - learning two languages in the same time is allowed by "the human brain" , because it has "learning language devices " , this last which help to learn foreign languages . and here your learning depends on your way of earning , either using your mother language or being neutral
the best way is to learn a language independently .
    good luck

I finally gave up learning English and German, bec I always mixed some words, and bec ENG is way more necessary in my job.

It is possible, but just make sure that they are two different languages.

For example, if you study Spanish and Italian at the same time, I think it would be so confusing, and you would end up mixing them.

However, if you learn French and Chinese, there is less chance that you get confused between them.

About learning Spanish and English at the same time, I think it depends on your abilities, but I think it's a little bit dificult.
