When can i use (toward) and when i should use (towards) {with s} ? It looks very simple thing for native English speakers but unfortunately not for me. lol THANKS.

If in doubt, use 'towards'. This is the only form used in British English. American English sometimes uses 'toward' as an alternative, but it is never necessary to use 'toward'.

The only difference is personal preference. They're always interchangeable, but in general "towards" is more common.
