Is the sentece correct?
I read somewhere that shopping is a perfect therapy to realieve stress but it seems like I have had/got enough (shopping).
Is the sentence above correct? I want to say that I want to relieve stress by shopping but I still feel bad maybe because I haven't shopped enough.
Check your spelling of relieve.
You need a negative in there. Perhaps '...I haven't got enough yet'. or 'I haven't done enough yet'.

I have read somewhere that shopping is the perfect therapy to relieve stress but it seems I have not shopped enough.
I would say it this way:
If it is true that you can relieve stress by shopping, then I have not shopped enough!
