La pomme est rouge. C'est la pomme de John. Je donne la pomme à John. Nous lui donnons la pomme. Il la donne à John. Elle la lui donne. NB: Reverse order for the third person I give it to him. Je le/la lui donne. [le/la -then- lui] He gives it to me. Il me le/la donne. [me -then- le/la] I give it to them. Je le/la leur donne. [le/la -then- leur] They give it to me. Ils me le/la donnent. [me -then- le/la]
