I would like to say: I finished second japanese book.

私は2冊目の日本語の本を読み終えました。＝I have finished reading the second Japanese book.
私は（私にとって）2冊目となる日本語の本を読み終えました is more natural.
Watashi wa (watashi ni totte) nisatsume to naru nihongo no hon o yomioemashita.
