로, 에 and 게 the difference between 로, 에 and 게and also can someone explain to me more about "verb을 하다"

It is very tricky question. But, for the short answer. 로: to (location) 에: at (location) 게: -ly Korean based on 'noun'. So, We are making verbs with using a formula 'Noun+을 하다' Actually I cannot be sure what you are trying to ask. So, correct me if I miss understood.
