I have no idea what "업치여" means either. We usually use "아야 or 아얏" for "ouch" and "어머 or 어머나 or 이런" for "oops"

차도 > 차다 (to be cold) and 짜다 (to be salty), yes they sound almost the same, ask your teacher to pronounce the three words 자다, 짜다 and 차다 to hear the difference, it's difficult to describe. 까치 > Pizza? Pizza is 피자 (pija). 까치 is a magpie, a species of birds. 카치 > I don't think that word exists. Whistle (with your mouth) is 휘파람을 불다. 업치여 > You should wait for a native speaker for this one, I'm not very familiarized with interjections. 여지 > 여자* I guess it's just a typo. All the rest is OK.
