Why I haven't trial sessions ? Hello, kindly would like to fix one issue: I would like to have a trial session on italki, but unfortunately the system says that it is unavailable anymore... In fact, in my previous education I had the only one fulfilled trial session, the other two ones didn't happen by teachers's fault. So, supposingly, I should have two more sessions to use Will appreciate your prompt feedback Kind regards, Anna

I think you need to send a message to the italki team.

Hi Anna, Italki will reactive your trial lessons if you let them know about it. Here is a part of their policy - "However, if something happens and your trial lesson gets cancelled, you can contact italki support with the lesson ID # of the canceled lesson, and we'll reactivate it for you."
