This sentence is a run-on and doesn't really make sense.
"until now whether we go against them we haven't caught up with them even once it's our losing pattern"
If proofreading I might edit it like this:
"Until now, We haven't caught up with them even once. Whether or not we go against them, it's a losing pattern."
Not knowing the context is really confusing. I would assume that this person is fighting another person or group, but they cannot win?
