Which one is OK? Or, what would you say? That's the resulting table. That's the picture that has been emerged.

Not sure what the first one is in response to.? It could mean that I have been doing woodworking classes and learning to make furniture - and that is the resulting table. The second one is wrong - you can't say 'has been emerged'. It is 'has emerged'. Or, 'has been emerging", meaning it is still in the process and a final result is not yet clear.
