The "shadda and fatHa" is wrong, I realized many of your questions have wrong vowel marks, seems to me like this source is very bad with vowel marks.
Anyway, it supposed to have "sukun" on the "ط" and "fatHa" on the "ت" so as to be pronounced "Habat-ta", which means "You descended / came down", it's the verb "هبط" "to descend", and the "ت" is enclitic pronoun for "you" (masculine).
