When one says 'Nice to meet you.", can I reply as "Nice to meet you, Bob."? Or it's better to say "Nice to meet you, too."? Thank you for help!!

Go with "Nice to meet you too." or "Nice to meet you too, Bob"

You can say "It's nice to meet you, [name]" or "It's nice to meet you too." Both are perfectly acceptable. You can also say "It's nice to meet you too, [name]." :)

Both ways are correct and sound perfectly natural. "Nice to meet you, too" is probably more common, but I believe using the person’s name makes a friendlier impression, and I believe it would also help you to commit the name to memory.
