What means "no leave" and "nothing leave" as a reply of a dialog? is this slang? Is this a proposal to change the topic?

I'm not sure where you are getting your examples from, but none of the phrases you've asked about are normal English. Neither 'I'm closing you' (in your previous question) nor 'No leave' really means anything much, and 'Nothing leave' just isn't proper English at all. It doesn't mean anything. These aren't slang - I suspect that they are incorrect language from a non-native source.
